I’ve been adding the recommended 1 tsp to a fruit and kale smoothie every day. I can’t taste it in there… I haven’t tried the powder by itself, but it doesn’t have a bad smell or anything. I think it’s too soon to notice any major effects, but after only a week or so, my skin is extra glowy and my digestion seems “faster”. I sleep well generally, sometimes too well. That hasn’t been affected one way or the other, which is great because some reviews made me concerned about that.

Bought this and the extract as I wanted to compare both. The extract was very fine and very soluble in my tea. The powder was grinded from the woody mushroom and I now understand this texture. Normally I use the powder for shakes and further grind with my nutribullet. Thanks for the immediate service. Will try adding the Chaga and Cordyceps next go around.

Easy to add to my coffee in the morning. I am also taking a combination of other medicinal mushrooms, but wanted to include turkey tail mushrooms, too. I am taking the recommended dosage, but may need less since I feel it has increased my energy levels greatly.

Almost one year ago, our Lab/boarder collie X was taken to the vet for a growth in his mouth, the vet removed it and sent it off to pathology. It returned with a result of cancer, we were told he had about three to four months before we would have to look into putting him down. We were heartbroken but took him home to enjoy him for the time he had left, during which time the growth had begun to return.
I stumbled upon an article suggesting that Turkey Tail might help with some benign growths he has had for a few years now, and decided to take a chance on it. Hoping it would perhaps make his last few months at least a little more comfortable. I ordered it and began giving it to him with his dinner, he took it very easily, and soon he had a little more energy, and began playing with out younger pup more often. I used this in conjunction with another supplement but before long he was moving easier, and going up and down stairs better. After a month or so of use we noticed that his growth began to shrink. We ran out of Turkey Tail, but ordered more, while waiting for the shipment to come the growth began to increase again. Once we received the supplement and began giving it to him again, the growth began to shrink once again. We were astonished, but have kept him on it happy with the obvious energy it gave him and it made his daily life a little better. Another month or so went by, and the growth had shrunk very small, and was attached to his lip by a tiny thread like piece of skin. A week later, the growth was gone. It has not returned yet, we are living each day as it comes hopeful but knowing of course this is likely not a cure but it is making our senior dog happier, and keeping him moving along at a slow pace but moving. He goes on daily walks, and plays still with out younger pup, and eats all his food. We did not think Jake would make it to Christmas and now it is April and he is still here, and we are grateful for every day we get with him. This supplement could be seen as a little pricey but, in our eyes it has given us more time with our Dog, and we will take what we can get!
