These mushrooms go great with our mushroom risotto!!!!! I recommend following the directions very carefully! Wash them very good with a tight strainer first. When you soak the mushrooms do so in a tall bowl that the hot water can just submerge the mushrooms, and then Save that infused water to pour into the rice later. Can edit the whole recipe if your interested.
