S. Sjoholm –
I was born in Europe and grew up eating these mushrooms. They are hard to get, where I am, and one day I had a craving to make some Chanterelle gravy to go with our meal. Took a gamble and ordered these. Of course, they are not as good as fresh shrooms, but they are darn near close. Just remember to let them soak as long as possible before cooking and the flavor is 100% there 🙂
