Powder is just simply grinding the chunks. Its easier to use in my opinion and I put it directly in my smoothies. 1 tsp per cup

R.J. –
I started consuming chaga tea about a year ago, starting with powder, moving to chunks, back to powder, and now back to chunks. While I love the rich, dark brew I get with powder, it makes a mess, and I haven’t met a cheesecloth that could prevent a significant amount of silt from making it into my tea. I use a small slow cooker to make a 3 qt batch, every week, and drink the tea on a daily basis.
