Hey Brent! Thanks for the recommendation! I tried the Chicken Focaccia and morel recipe a few days ago and it was amazing. So I then tried substituting Porcini with that same sauce. Amazing again! So now I have a big bag of each morels and porcini. I never knew what I was missing and have a bunch of new great recipe ideas 🙂
